Hope.

It is the message of the Obama campaign, and one that continues to reach millions of Americans across the country. Obama delivered a consistent message at a San Antonio Rally tonight.

He touched on all the issues that are personal to so many, such as education, healthcare, and the War In Iraq. His message has inspired millions to stand for change. Many travel across the country for hope, and to stand for change. Cindy Paladines, 25, flew from Boston to San Antonio today to hear Obama in person. Paladines, who is originally from California, is a Latina who feels Obama best represents the interests of the Latino community. “His message of unity transcends racial and ethnic characteristics,” said an excited Paladines, who plans on canvassing for Obama in the San Antonio area. Paladines was disappointed with Obama’s loss in California, where Clinton won the majority of Latino votes. In an effort to help bring a change, Paladines said she just had to come to Texas. At the end of the rally, Obama said, “Somebody, somewhere, was willing to hope. That’s how this country was founded.” People were smiling, jumping, chanting and cheering tonight in support of Obama, who has recently gained a slight lead on Hillary Clinton in the Lone Star State.
