SAN ANTONIO- Voting at the polls has been going on all day, and caucusing begins at 7:15 p.m. here in Texas. We just left the AlamoObama office just down the street, where volunteers had to lock the doors to caucus for Barack.
Currently, I am camped out at the Municipal Auditorium waiting for Barack Obama to speak. He is expected to show around 9 p.m. It is unkown at this time whether he will be speaking about a victory in Texas tonight.
The sun has set, and their is a cool gentle breeze in the air and I have a feeling this outdoor venue will be filled with excitement very soon. There is already anticipation.
People have already began to line up outside, some over an hour ago, but they will not be allowed in until 7:30 p.m. I have a feeling it’s going to be an unforgettable night, and expect to hear a speech that I will remember for many years.
As of right now, Obama is the projected winner of Vermont, according to CNN. Ohio is too close too call tonight.
I will continue to update throughout the evening…
