While Sen. John McCain appears to be winning Washington’s state’s primary, back in Wisconsin, he’s also notched up another win on his way to the nomination. The Arizona senator won Wisconsin’s “winner-take-all” primary today, and, with 82 percent of the votes counted, now leads 55 percent to Gov. Mike Huckabee’s 27 percent.
